2: Use the "contact Us" button and request price of property for the duration of the stay.

3: Pay the 20% Deposit via Google checkout or Personal Check (28 working days clearance time), International Bank Transfer.

4: The vendor will be notified and both parties will be sent agreements to sign and return either via email or post with valid forms of Identification:

State-issued Driver’s License or ID Card issued by a state or outlying possession of the U.S. provided it contains a photograph and information such as name, date of birth, gender, height, eye colour and address Certificate of Citizenship
(Form N-560 or N-561) Certificate of Naturalization
(Form N-550 or N-570) Original or certified copy of U.S. birth certificate U.S. Military ID Card or DD form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty Certificate of Birth Abroad issued by the Department of State
(Form FS-545 or DS-1350) Valid U.S.-issued Permanent Resident Card or Alien Registration Receipt Card with photograph Foreign Passport (Unexpired)
Once ID Verification is processed on either side we will arrange your pick up time from terminals and estimate arrival times.

We will also collect the remaining fees and pass them onto your homeowner via Bank Transfer.

You will then be presented with your keys and information packs from your Meet & Greet Agent.
